Leonardo brings an incredible style and feeling with both his cinematography and editing. Captains of Spaceship Earth is not only brilliant in it’s concept, especially the chills-inducing thought of positively effecting a billion people, it’s brilliant in how the edit uses a barrage of imagery and sound design for total immersion and engagement. It’s fast, the audience better keep up or be left behind. It’s chaotic but certainly has arc, feeling and an incredible cinematic touch. Expect us to start experimenting with his techniques, especially the hyper lapse transitions and subtle speed ramping. Also, if that wasn’t enough for you (it wasn’t for us) check out his incredible journey through Turkey. Absolutely incredible work.
