Our DIT Kit

We admit, this is boring but it is critical.

After every shoot day we dump cards to three hard drives, ensuring data integrity and redundancy. We treat the day's footage with the upmost respect to make sure our client's data is always there. We have every cord imaginable in this kit and can off-load any card that we encounter. The kit lives in it's own pelican case making off-loading convenient anywhere. We've set this mess of a kit up from Mexico to Tokyo back to Argentina and everywhere in between - our investment here is making sure our client's footage always makes it home.

Some features:

• We use Hedge, a Netflix approved offload software.
• We instantly and redundantly backup to two SSD's.
• From there, we backup to as many regular HDD's as needed, usually 3. So we always have 3 copies of your footage.
• Every cable and every card, even weird surprise ones from outside our own kit.
